Love and War: Act I

Hey there Aurora_Paradox, good to hear you've been making progress. :) To answer some of your questions:

1) There's a certain couple in the marketplace that would be very interested in that key. (Save before you approach them, it's possible to mess this up!)

2) One of the Minstrels mentioned practicing in "a great spot surrounded by nature". There might be a place outside the city, but very close to Lorean that fits the bill?

3) Ozunhold can be tricky. Generally it's best if you're over level 8 for sure, perhaps close to level 10. If it's really tough, you may want to consider exploring far enough for you to grab the dogtag, and then leave. If you've collected them all, the reward may help!

Thanks for the suggestions, those can indeed be potentially tricky issues. I'll see if a tweak or two could be helpful. Hope you continue to enjoy Act I! :)

Aye, hanging around a save point and trying for a steal is a pretty good way to level up Armin's thievery. :)

Aurora_Paradox: The good professor has some fine advice, here! He might be a bit overzealous on the levels, mayhap. I think being about level 7 or 8 is a good point for plunging through the Marsh, but your mileage may vary (and extra levels never hurt!)

NoxieNation: Hey, very cool! The video is very well made, and I appreciate all the well done video editing and what not (and I had a good chuckle at one particular bit, much like most everyone who saw the video I bet!). I'll post up this video on the LAW Facebook page as well. Thanks for making the video, and I hope you enjoy playing through the rest of Act I! :)

Many thanks for the feedback, Ro9ge! I very much appreciate hearing from players, since I suppose an author really has no idea how his work was received until he hears from someone. :) You make some good points; I do wish there was an actual map in the game (I have made a fairly horrific looking MS Paint version, but that's about it), and I definitely hear you on immersion-breaking gameplay quirks, and it being possible to forget the early tutorial stuff. (Maybe I should add a "Would you like to see the tutorial again? Y/N" message?) Lots to consider for the future, mayhap.

Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts of the game with me. I'm very glad you enjoyed your journey through the Kingdom of Galvenia. :)

Love and War: Act I Review

Oh, surely it just adds to his air of mystery and what not! He should show more respect to an Academian, surely. :)

Love and War: Act I Review

Many, many thanks for the review, Professor Q! :)

No news yet, I'm afraid. It can be tough for someone already incompetent with RPG Maker! ;P

Love and War: Act I

Hehe, glad to hear Rekitsu. You're close to the end, if you haven't already beaten the game!

Nice work! As for the stone tokens, there should be a man right next to the exit of the maze area (impossible to miss him, really). He leaves by Day 7 however, so if he isn't there, you have unfortunately missed your opportunity to hand those stone tokens in. :(

SigArms: Ah, I was wondering if anyone had found that quest! (Or if everyone had no problems with it!) A couple hints: the poster locations are always outside, and go up on flat surfaces. Hope that helps!
